What is EMPATH*ology™?
The course and live coaching calls teach students how to regain control of their nervous system responses, provide effective tools for healthy and productive communication, and to gain better clarity and confidence around how to respond to the inevitable curve balls life has for us.
The course itself is 8-weeks long with 6-weeks of focused content and coaching. The course is delivered in a drip style, includes two one-week integration breaks, and once unlocked, is available unrestricted for life (so long as any outstanding installment plans continue to be paid).
How do I access EMPATH*ology™?
Access to the EMPATH*ology™ course is through the Log In page at https://learn.lolapickett.com/login. Please use the email that you signed up with. Once you're logged in, click on the course icon for EMPATH*ology™.
Having issues logging in? Please click the Snappy Login Link or use the Password Reset link to login in.

How do I change my password?
If you are already logged in, please visit your My Account page at: https://learn.lolapickett.com/my-account to change your password.
If you are not logged in, visit https://learn.lolapickett.com/login and click the Lost Password link to reset using the email you signed up with.
Where do I submit my questions?
Coaching Call Questions: On the Coaching Calls page (https://learn.lolapickett.com/empathology/coaching) you can submit questions if you don't wish to ask live or you're time traveling and can't make it. Please have questions submitted 24hrs or earlier before the next call so we can ensure that we make time for it!
Module Specific Questions: You can submit questions on each Module Page at the bottom using the comment form. If you'd like to send in an email, please note the module and/or lesson you're asking about and send it to love@lolapickett.com
General Questions: We love any questions, tech issues, etc. so send them to love@lolapickett.com and we'll help you ASAP!

How do I attend LIVE EMPATH*ology™ Coaching Calls?

All Coaching Calls are hosted securely on Zoom. Please download the desktop and/or mobile/tablet app (https://zoom.us/download) so that you can join with video. You can also opt to call in by phone.
Call access information is provided once you register for each call.
How do I access the EMPATH*ology™ Coaching Call replay?
All Coaching Call replays are posted here: https://learn.lolapickett.com/empathology/coaching/ in addition to audio versions and chat logs for reference.
Are my EMPATH*ology™ payments refundable?
We have a 365-day “do the work” refund policy, which states: For Clients of EMPATH*ology™, within 365 days of your initial commitment and investment, if you haven’t seen any results, but you’ve completed all the course work, and can demonstrate that you completed all videos and implemented all assignments, we will happily return the investment that you’ve made in yourself. We will NOT provide refunds after 365 days from the date of original purchase. On the 366th day, all payments are non-refundable.

I'm having trouble accessing the course/I got an error message

Billing Issues: Before messaging us, please double check on the My Account page that your billing information is correct and your subscription is current. Update your payment information if needed.
If your payments are current, then please reply to this email with the following information:
- Let us know which page you were trying to access
- Copy and paste or screenshot the error message you received
- Are you on laptop/desktop/tablet/mobile (and iOs or PC/android)
Login Issues: We understand any frustration you may be having. If you're logged out due to too many attempts, please email us at love@lolapickett.com and we'll reset that security option.
